As telehealth becomes an increasingly valued aspect of benefits packages, Employee Benefit News tapped MeMD Vice President of Marketing Elie Goodman to share advice on how to increase employees’ utilization of the service.

Elie suggests tailoring promotional communications to individual employee demographic groups, which can more effectively explain the perks of using the service. He also notes the importance of regular and timely reminders to use telehealth, whether it’s flu season, a natural disaster or anything in-between.
